Porer comes from vineyards in Magrè and Salorno at 210-740 metres, on stony, sandy soils rich in limestone.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIts special character comes from combining three methods: classic vinification, short skin contact with long lees ageing, and whole-bunch vinification, all with spontaneous fermentation.
