The grapes come from the warmest sites the winery farms: parcels in the Oltradige area at around 400 metres and in the western part of the Bassa Atesina at about 300 metres, where the variety reaches full ripeness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are picked by hand and fermented with careful extraction.
