The estate is farmed biodynamically.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt ferments on the skins in open oak vats with wild yeasts, with the cap pushed down daily for two weeks, and ages 16 months in barriques, one in five new. Opaque purple, it shows dark berries, ripe plum and liquorice, and is muscular, velvety and concentrated, with ripe tannins.
