Cuvée 745 is based on the 2017 harvest, a year marked by severe April frosts, after which strict selection delivered a small crop of ripe, healthy grapes picked between 4 and 13 September.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes come from the house's vineyards in Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers (66%) and from Avize and Oiry (34%), a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
