Only free-run juice is used, fermented at low temperature and aged four months in stainless steel to keep the fruit bright.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2022 was an early, hot and dry year; rain just before the harvest, which began on 16 August, refreshed the grapes.
