Its members farm terraced plots between 500 and 850 metres, on stony mineral soils of weathered diorite and quartz phyllite.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Riesling from the classic range is pressed gently and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel.
