The 11.5 hectares of vines grow on gravelly clay soils with conglomerate, and the 2023 grapes were picked between 8 and 12 September.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented without malolactic conversion to keep its fresh acidity.
