It is a Bordeaux made with no added sulfites and nothing but grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wine is 100% Merlot. After fermentation it is kept cool and aged on its lees with regular stirring (bâtonnage), which gives texture and natural protection.
