Rustic Reserve Winter is handcrafted from Bulgarian organic aronia berries, harvested in August in sunny Dobrudzha.

The berries are steeped with citrus and ginger in a lightly sweetened gin for three months. The liqueur is bottled in early December, to be enjoyed through the winter as a warming digestif or as a cocktail base, most often with English ginger beer.
