Tasting notes

Pale, bright pink. Floral and fruity nose of roses and small red berries, with light sweet spice. Soft, fresh and savoury on the palate, mineral and well balanced.

About this wine

Livio Felluga's Rosé is a pale, dry rosé from Merlot and Pinot Nero grown on the Friulian hills, on soils rich in marl and Eocene sandstone.

The grapes are softly pressed and the must is clarified by settling, then ferments at controlled temperature; the wine rests on its lees for a few months before bottling. This listing is the 2021 vintage.
