Château Minuty

Château Minuty is a Provence estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Gabriel Farnet acquired it in 1936, and the same family has run it for four generations; it was classified as a Côtes de Provence Cru Classé in 1955. Today the estate, part of Moët Hennessy, covers about 200 hectares and devotes almost all of its production to rosé.
