Tasting notes

About this wine

Barolo "Patres" 2022 is made from 100% Nebbiolo by San Silvestro, a family winery run by the fourth generation, Paolo and Guido Sartirano, and established for more than 150 years in the heart of the Barolo area.

It is a rich, structured and long-lived red with 14% alcohol, built for ageing as well as for drinking now with a little air.

Serve at 16–18 °C with dark meats, braised dishes, game or aged cheeses. From Piedmont, it comes in a standard 750 ml bottle and is a reliable choice for dinners at home, gatherings with friends and thoughtful gifts.
