Tasting notes

Golden and full, with baked apple, honey and hazelnut over a citrus core. Later harvesting gives a riper style and a rounder, denser texture, while the cool Shumen climate keeps a fresh acidity running through to the finish.

Amber Harvest points to a later harvest and a riper style: above the citrus, baked apple, honey and hazelnut appear, with a fuller and denser texture than a classic fresh Chardonnay. The 2019 vintage now shows its mature, rounded side.
