Tasting notes

Deep, dark ruby. Ripe cherry, plum and dried fruit from the appassimento method. Full-bodied and layered on the palate, with soft tannins, depth and a warm, dry finish.

About this wine

Trulli Bianchi is named after the white stone trulli, the iconic cone-roofed houses of Puglia. The wine is bottled in Fasano, in the Itria Valley area of southern Italy.

This 2025 red is made with the appassimento method: the grapes are partially dried before vinification, concentrating sugars and aromas. The result is full-bodied and intense, with fruity sweetness on the nose, depth and layered flavour, yet a dry finish at 14% alcohol.

Serve at 16–18°C with roast meats and cured meats.
