Tasting notes

Brilliant and clear, with a fine perlage. Fruity and citrus notes with a light mineral touch. Elegant and refined on the palate, its freshness leads to a long, dry finish. The Pinot Noir gives a subtle vinous depth, and the zero dosage keeps every sip crisp, pure and savoury.

About this wine

The Pfitscher family has been making wine in Montagna, South Tyrol, since 1861. This Brut Nature Riserva is a classic-method sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Glen vineyard in Montagna, at around 600 metres above sea level.

The grapes are gently whole-bunch pressed and the base wine matures in barriques. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by a long rest on the lees.

With no dosage, it is a precise, mountain-fresh expression of Alto Adige Pinot Noir.
