Tasting notes

Delicate greenish yellow. The nose offers yellow apple, pear and a light floral note. The palate is finely structured and balanced, with an elegant body, fresh acidity and a clean finish. Its freshness and clean structure make it an easy companion at the table, and it is best enjoyed while the fruit is at its brightest.

About this wine

The Pfitscher family has grown vines in South Tyrol for seven generations and looks for purity and a clear expression of high vineyards in its wines.

The Pinot Bianco "Longarei" comes from vineyards around Montagna and Caldaro at 500 to 700 metres. It ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel and then matures in casks on its fine lees.

It is an elegant, finely structured Pinot Bianco, the classic white grape of Alto Adige. The family winery in Montan is itself a showcase of sustainable, energy-efficient building among the vines.
