Tasting notes

Intense ruby red. Aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and plum with vanilla, tobacco and sweet spice. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, with well-integrated oak, rounded tannins and a long, spicy finish.

About this wine

Marqués de Sorní Reserva 2021 is a grand cuvée of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from Cariñena, in the Aragón province of north-eastern Spain. It won gold at the Frankfurt International Wine Trophy.

As a Reserva it aged for three years in the cellar before release. Cariñena is one of the oldest wine regions in Spain and received its protected designation of origin back in 1960.
