Domaine Haut-Marin Côtes de Gascogne Blanc "N°6 Fossiles" 2025 is a typical Gascon white cuvée of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng from the family estate of winemaker Elisabeth Prataviera, in south-west France. It carries a 90-point Decanter badge.

Yellow and green fruit, flowers and fine herbs on the nose lead to a harmonious, lively and fresh palate. Light at 11% alcohol.

Serve at 8–10 °C with fish and seafood.
