Rakia "Homemade" - Starosel [1 L]

Homemade Rakia from Starosel, the wine and spa estate near Hisarya in the Thracian Lowlands, is a Muscat grape distillate made from Muscat Ottonel in the traditional Bulgarian style, presented in a generous 1-litre bottle.

It has a golden to amber colour with warm reflections and an ethereal nose of Muscat Ottonel, ripe grapes, white flowers, oak, vanilla and dried fruit. The taste is soft and elegant, with oak sweetness, Muscat aromatics, good body and a long warm finish.

Serve at 16–18 °C with salads, appetisers and Bulgarian cheeses.
