Tasting notes

Pale salmon-pink colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with a floral touch and a hint of Mediterranean herbs from the Mourvèdre. The palate is dry, fresh and light-bodied, with crisp acidity and a clean, fruity finish.

About this wine

Angelica is the rosé of Chateau Copsa, a Bulgarian winery from the Rose Valley near Karlovo. It is made from three noble grapes: Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, a combination inspired by the great rosés of southern France.

For the winery's 20th anniversary the bottle received a completely new look, but the wine keeps its character: pale colour, fresh red-berry fruit and a dry, elegant finish. It is a versatile rosé for aperitifs and light meals.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C with salads, fish, poultry or fresh cheeses.
