Tasting notes

Extremely pale pink. An ethereal nose of white peach, fresh herbs, dandelion and wet stone. The palate is delicate and dry, with white peach, a pleasant saline touch and a hint of sea salt on the finish.

About this wine

This rosé from the Enoteca series of Minkovi Brothers, one of Bulgaria's oldest wineries, is a blend of Grenache and Cabernet Franc, entirely hand-picked and made with minimal skin contact.

The colour is extremely pale and delicate. The nose is ethereal, with white peach, fresh herbs, dandelion and cold wet stone; the palate is delicate, with distinct white peach, a pleasant saline touch and a hint of sea salt crystals. Refined and gastronomic.

Serve at 8–10 °C as an aperitif or with seafood and fish.
