Tasting notes

Pale pink. Fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with a floral hint from the Pinot Noir and a touch of herbs from the Cabernet Franc. The palate is dry and lively, with crisp acidity, juicy red berry fruit and a clean, refreshing finish.

About this wine

Sallinas Rosé comes from Salla Estate in north-east Bulgaria. The Sallinas series is inspired by the oldest salt works in the world, located near the town of Provadia, close to the estate's vineyards.

The wine is made from Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir using the most modern winemaking technology, with quality and no compromise. It is a dry, fresh rosé with red berry fruit and a clean, lively character.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C with salads, grilled fish, light pasta dishes or as an aperitif.
