Tasting notes

Barely-there pale pink, almost invisible in the glass. Delicate aromas of strawberry, watermelon and citrus zest. The palate is dry, fresh and subtle, with light red fruit, fine acidity and a clean, elegant finish. A Provence-style rosé for easy sipping.

About this wine

Zitara is the series of the Bulgarian winery Four Friends, and Invisible is its rosé – so pale that the name explains itself. Such a light colour usually means very short skin contact and a finer, more delicate profile.

The 2021 is dry, fresh and delicate, with strawberry, watermelon and citrus in the Provence style. It is a rosé for sipping: light, subtle and very easy to drink.
