Tasting notes

About this wine

Pitos Reserve Chardonnay comes from Dragomir, a small winery near Plovdiv founded by two oenologists and regarded as one of the most consistently good producers in Bulgaria. Pitos is the winery's aged series, and its Chardonnay is made in a rich, oaked Burgundian manner.

The wine is full and oaky, with hazelnut, butter, baked apple and vanilla layered over lively acidity that keeps it fresh and balanced. It is a serious, gastronomic white built for the table rather than the aperitif hour.

Serve at 10–12 °C with oven-baked fish, white meat in cream sauce or mushroom dishes.
