Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. Citrus and green apple from the Sauvignon Blanc lead the nose, joined by a ripe apricot note from the Viognier. The palate is dry and fresh, with the Chardonnay adding body and roundness, lively acidity and a clean, fruity finish. An easy-drinking, versatile white blend.

About this wine

Stallion White is a white blend from Angel's Estate, the winery near Stara Zagora with vineyards in the Thracian Lowlands of southern Bulgaria. It brings together three well-loved international grapes in an easy, modern style.

Stallion unites Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier: citrus and green apple from the Sauvignon, body and roundness from the Chardonnay and an aromatic apricot note from the Viognier. The wine is dry, fresh and very easy to drink.

Serve at 8–10 °C as an aperitif or with salads, fish and white meat.
