Tasting notes

Pale straw-gold colour. Aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers with a light honeyed, waxy note from the Sémillon. Dry and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity from the Sauvignon, roundness from the Chardonnay and a clean, lingering finish.

About this wine

Villa Yustina Blanc 2020 is a white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Sémillon – the combination of Bordeaux, applied here at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains. Villa Yustina is a family winery in the village of Ustina near Plovdiv.

Sauvignon gives citrus and freshness, Chardonnay body, and Sémillon a waxy texture and a long finish. The result is a well-balanced, food-friendly white at a very accessible price.

Serve at 10–12 °C with fish, white meat or salads.
