Tasting notes

Bright, intense yellow. Cool, noble nose of delicate apple blossom, pear and meadow grass. Light as a feather on the palate but by no means frivolous: delicate and stimulating, a true drinking pleasure.

About this wine

Hirschvergnügen, "Hirsch pleasure", is the light, everyday Grüner Veltliner of the Hirsch family, biodynamic growers at the 500-year-old Zehenthof in Kammern, Kamptal.

Bright, intense yellow, it shows a cool, noble nose of apple blossom, pear and meadow grass. On the palate it is light as a feather but by no means frivolous: delicate, stimulating and easy to enjoy.

A perfect white for aperitivo and light dishes. Serve at 8–10 °C.
