About this wine

Damilano is a historic family house of Barolo, in Piedmont, and this Metodo Classico Brut is its sparkling wine.

It is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco using the traditional method, the same as Champagne, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. The result is light and fruity, with notes of apple and pear and a fresh, dry finish.

An elegant Italian alternative for aperitivo and celebrations. Serve at 6–8 °C.
