Cantina Tollo is a large cooperative winery in Tollo, in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella mountains. It has been named best cooperative in Italy for seven years in a row. Senza Tempo – "timeless" – is one of its everyday lines.

This Pinot Grigio 2025 is harmonious and fruity, with aromas of apple, pear, walnut and herbs and a juicy, very appealing palate with harmonious acidity. It is a dry IGP white with 12% alcohol and has a gold medal from Gilbert & Gaillard.

Serve at 8–10 °C with starters and poultry.
