About this spirit

Ron del Barrilito Three Stars comes from Hacienda Santa Ana in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, where the Fernández family has made rum since 1880.

It is a blend of rums aged between 6 and 10 years in Oloroso sherry casks. Medium-bodied, with a natural dark reddish colour, it shows almond, vanilla, raisin and banana over a strong woody base, then a very smooth, fruity sweetness and a lingering smoky finish. It is made mainly for sipping: neat, with a splash of water or on the rocks.
