Weingut Krämer is a family estate in Gau-Weinheim, in Rheinhessen, led by Tobias Krämer. Rated three stars by Eichelmann and listed among Der Feinschmecker's top 500 wineries, it bottles its Straight line to show the character of the soil – Kreide & Erde means "chalk and earth".

This dry Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is juicy and fresh, with blackcurrant, citrus, gooseberry and herbs, crisp acidity and a mineral finish. It has 11.5% alcohol and won a gold medal at the Berlin Wine Trophy.
