"Bellini" is a sparkling wine-based cocktail from Fiorelli, a brand of the Italian company Toso, based in Cossano Belbo in Piedmont.

It is inspired by the classic Venetian aperitivo of wine and peach: here peach juice makes up 10% of the drink, with an alcohol content of 7%. A light sediment at the bottom of the bottle is natural and a sign of real fruit juice.
