This Champagne Brut is named after Angel Castel, a member of the founding family remembered as a master blender who helped bring French wines to an international audience. It is a classic blend of the three Champagne grapes, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, made in the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle.
