Tasting notes

Founded in 1860 in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Ayala is a historic house that has belonged to the Bollinger family group since 2005. Its style is built on freshness, precision and a strong share of Chardonnay.

Le Blanc de Blancs is the house's expression of pure Chardonnay: made exclusively from white grapes and released as a vintage cuvée only in selected years, after long ageing on the lees in the cellars of Aÿ.
