Intense ruby, with blackberry, cherry, roasted red pepper, confit fruit and cinnamon. Medium body with pleasant sweetness and spice, ripe fruit, sweet spices and dark chocolate balanced by mineral freshness; juicy, grainy tannins. Serve at 16–18 °C.
