Tasting notes

Ruby red. Dark cherry, blackberry and wild herbs with a pure, natural fruit profile. Medium body, soft texture from lees stirring and gentle tannins.

About this wine

Hand Made is Zagrey's natural wine: a blend of Mavrud and Cabernet Sauvignon made with minimal human intervention and no added sulfites.

It spent two months in Bulgarian oak barrels with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees, for extra texture. Serve at 14–16 °C with grilled meat, stews or hard cheese.
