About this wine

Cédric Bouchard founded Roses de Jeanne in 2000 in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar. He makes Champagne from one plot, one grape and one harvest, bottled at low pressure and without dosage.

La Presle comes from his youngest vineyard, a small parcel of about 0.25 hectares planted in 2007 on clay-limestone soil with a massal selection of Pinot Noir from Gevrey-Chambertin. The Burgundian origin of the vines shows in the wine's finesse and vinous character.

The 2019 is a pure, gastronomic Blanc de Noirs from one of the most admired growers in Champagne.
