About this wine

Cédric Bouchard founded Roses de Jeanne in 2000 in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar, and makes Champagne from one plot, one grape and one harvest, bottled at low pressure and without dosage.

Les Ursules is his signature wine: a Blanc de Noirs from the parcel of the same name, under one hectare in size, farmed for very low yields. Production amounts to only a few hundred cases a year, making it one of the most sought-after grower Champagnes.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it is a vinous, terroir-driven Champagne that shines at the table.
