About this wine

Collines du Soleil – "hills of the sun" – is a Provençal rosé from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, the hilly area around the historic city of Aix in the south of France. Provence is the world's reference region for pale, dry and elegant rosé.

This 2025 is a cuvée of local grapes: fruity, fresh and elegant, with strawberry, raspberry and red cherry and gentle herbal notes. It is bone-dry, with 12.5% alcohol, and made to be enjoyed young.

Serve at 8–10 °C with grilled vegetables and salads.
