Jean Biecher & Fils is a family wine house based in Saint-Hippolyte, Alsace, where the Biecher family has made wine since 1762. Today it is run by Olivier Biecher.

This French 2025 blend pairs Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc: the Chardonnay brings roundness and yellow fruit, the Sauvignon adds zesty citrus and freshness. The result is a juicy, fresh and dry white at 12.5% alcohol.

Serve at 8–10°C with fish, seafood and light starters.
