Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers fresh and tropical fruit, green apple and yellow and white flowers such as wisteria. The palate is lively, soft and versatile, with a pleasant touch of sweetness.

About this wine

Andreola is a family winery in Farra di Soligo, in the Veneto, founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola. The Bolle line brings together three fresh sparkling wines, and the Extra Dry, with 15 g/l of residual sugar, is the most versatile of them.

Made from white grape varieties, the base wine spends three months in steel before a second fermentation in pressurised tank (Charmat method) lasting 30-40 days, followed by one to three months in bottle to settle.

Pale straw with a fine, persistent perlage, it offers fresh and tropical fruit, green apple and white flowers such as wisteria. The 1.5 l Magnum is made for parties and celebrations.
