Tasting notes

Golden straw colour with fine bubbles. The bouquet is floral, with hints of honey and lime. The palate is soft and balanced, carrying delicate fruit notes over a creamy mousse, and ends with a long, fresh finish.

About this wine

Brut Gold is the signature cuvée of D.Rock, a small family house in Champagne, France, which presents it as the first Champagne with a handcrafted crystal logo. The black, lightly matt bottle is studded by hand with more than a thousand synthetic crystals.

The blend combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts, aged for two years on the lees in bottle and finished with a Brut dosage of 10 g/l.

Soft, balanced and floral, it is a Champagne designed to impress both on the table and as a gift.
