Tasting notes

Delicate salmon pink with a fine mousse. The nose is fine and aromatic, with pronounced red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry. The palate is round and gentle, full of ripe berry flavour, and finishes long and refreshing.

About this wine

The D.Rock Rosé comes from a small family house in the Champagne region of France. The blend brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Meunier, and its colour and fruit come from the addition of red wine from Bouzy, one of the most celebrated Pinot Noir villages in Champagne.

After two years on the lees in bottle it is finished with a Brut dosage of 10 g/l, giving an elegant, rounded rosé Champagne.

Like the other D.Rock cuvées it is presented in a striking hand-decorated bottle, ideal for celebrations and gifts.
