Tasting notes

Pale yellow with greenish reflections, a fine, persistent perlage and a creamy mousse. Floral aromas with notes of apple and peach. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a light, clean and pleasantly fruity finish.

About this wine

Andreola is a family winery in Farra di Soligo, founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola. Dirupo is its classic Valdobbiadene DOCG, a blend of grapes from steep hillsides across the whole denomination, at 200-500 metres, where every task in the vineyard is done by hand.

The blend is 90% Glera with 5% Bianchetta and 5% Perera. The base wine rests for at least six months in steel before a second fermentation in pressurised tank (Martinotti or Charmat method) lasting 30-40 days, followed by one to three months in bottle.

Pale yellow with greenish glints, a fine perlage and a creamy mousse, it is floral, fresh and harmonious. The 1.5 l Magnum is a great choice for celebrations and gatherings.
