Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - Dog Point

Dog Point is the largest certified organic vineyard in New Zealand and one of the oldest private vineyards in Marlborough.

The Sauvignon Blanc vines average 25 years, the oldest over 30, and the grapes come from eight of the estate's own vineyards in the Wairau Valley. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, cold-settled before fermentation and aged five months in stainless steel.

Saline acidity and bright citrus offer refreshment from the first sip. Serve at 8–10 °C.
