Michael Kiefer Forster Riesling Trocken 2025 comes from Forst in the Pfalz, a village famous for some of the finest vineyard soils in Germany. It is made by winemaker Michael Kiefer and bottled by the Forster Winzerverein.

Citrus, ripe peach and flowers open the nose; the palate brings juicy yellow fruit, fresh acidity and fine minerality. A dry, vibrant white with 13% alcohol.

Serve at 8–10 °C with fish and seafood.
