Tasting notes

Apricot, citrus and brioche on the nose. The palate is lively and fresh with a vibrant mousse, marked energy and a long, pleasant finish.

About this wine

French Cancan is Gérard Bertrand's range of organic sparkling wines, and Orange is its Brut Nature: no sugar is added at dosage, and the wine is certified organic and vegan.

Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc and Viognier are selected for a precise balance of sugar and acidity. Pressing is extremely short, and reserve wines collected since 2020 are part of the blend, which then ages for six months, partly on the lees.

The result is an original sparkling wine with plenty of energy, a fun and modern choice for celebrations and aperitivo hour.
