Tasting notes

Crystal clear. Fresh, lively citrus notes with a subtle hint of brioche. The mousse is light and fine, with a hazelnut touch on the palate and an elegant, lasting finish.

About this wine

French Cancan Brut is the white organic sparkling wine of Gérard Bertrand's range of the same name. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Grenache Blanc comes from grapes picked at a careful balance of sugar and acidity.

A very short pressing preserves the freshness of the aromas, and reserve wines prepared since 2020 are added to the base wine to bring depth. It then ages for six months, partly on the lees.

Bright and easy to love, it is a versatile organic sparkler for aperitivo, parties and everyday celebrations.
