Tasting notes

Bright golden colour with fine, lively bubbles. The nose shows ripe peach, apricot and pineapple with vanilla, brioche and dried fruit. The palate is fresh and intense, with juicy fruit, caramel notes, a creamy mousse and a crisp, persistent finish.

About this wine

The iconic Mumm Cordon Rouge in the spectacular three-litre Jeroboam, a bottle made for big celebrations. Maison Mumm was founded in Reims in 1827, and the red silk ribbon inspired by the Légion d'honneur has adorned its Brut since 1876.

Pinot Noir leads the blend for structure and depth, with Chardonnay for finesse and Meunier for roundness, supported by a generous proportion of reserve wines. The large format ages slowly, keeping the wine fresh and vibrant.
