Tasting notes

Yellow fruit, white flowers, herbs and a hint of walnut on the nose. The palate is harmonious and smooth, with gentle acidity, a delicately melting texture and a fine, mineral dry finish.

Weingut Jakob Schneider is a family estate in Niederhausen, on the Nahe, rated four stars by Vinum and three grapes by Gault&Millau. Part of the grapes for this Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) come from the upper parts of the famous Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle vineyard.

The 2025 shows yellow fruit, flowers, herbs and walnut, with harmonious acidity, a gently melting texture and a fine mineral finish. It is dry, with 12.5% alcohol.
